Prof. Philip Bond
Philip Bond is visiting Professor in the Departments of Engineering Mathematics and Computer Science at Bristol University and Visiting Fellow in the Oxford Industrial and Applied Mathematics Centre (OCIAM) at the University of Oxford. He has degrees in Physics, Applied Non-Linear Analysis, Finance and Pure Mathematics. Professionally he has worked as an arbitrage trader and macro trader and now designs systematic computer-driven trading platforms (currently for BNP Paribas).
Peter Sommer combines academic and public policy work with commercial cyber security consultancy, with a strong bias towards legal issues. He has acted as an expert in many important criminal and civil court proceedings where digital evidence has been an issue. Until 2011 he was a Visiting Professor in the Information Systems Integrity Group in the Department of Management at the London School of Economics. He is currently a Visiting Professor at De Montfort University Cyber Security Centre and a Visiting Reader, Faculty of Mathematics, Computing and Technology, Open University.
Silvia Portesi is an Expert at ENISA working in the CERT Team, dealing with legal aspects of information sharing and cooperation. Before joining ENISA, she worked as a researcher at the University of Edinburgh, UK and at the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre.
